Confirm surgical schedules at assigned accounts and verify system and instrument readiness ahead of each case
Provide in-theatre product support and respond to questions from the surgical team during procedures
Document case outcomes and observations, and prepare case reviews
Monitor utilization at assigned accounts and manage the level of program adoption
Identify and recruit new surgeon users, and execute procedure expansion activity within the account
Identify recurring training needs across the surgical team and coordinate with the Training organization
Support root-cause analysis and corrective action at accounts with stalled utilization
Report utilization, user base, and open issues for assigned accounts on a regular basis
Work alongside the Senior Clinical Sales Specialist to build clinical support capability
Channel field feedback to Marketing, Training, and Quality

경력 3년 이상
대졸(4년제) 이상
Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device clinical support, clinical sales, or operating room clinical practice
Understanding of the OR environment and surgical team workflow, with the ability to communicate precisely with clinicians during procedures
Ability to work in hospital settings and travel, and to respond to surgical scheduling under defined coverage standards
Ability to build trusted relationships with clinicians and to document and share field activity
Valid driver's license
